Event Description:Voices of Victory is an exciting, hands-on workshop designed to inspire kids ages 8–12 through the power of creative writing and active play. Hosted by co-parenting coach and local author Cindy J. Cadet (@bravekidpress), this event combines movement, imagination, and teamwork to help young participants build confidence—both on the page and on the field.
This interactive program invites kids to jump into a unique blend of storytelling and sports-based activities. Students will rotate through writing prompts, team challenges, and fun competitive games that encourage them to express themselves, collaborate with peers, and practice perseverance. Each participant will receive their own personal journal to bring their ideas to life and continue writing long after the workshop ends.
Workshop Overview:
This workshop is built using a supportive guide crafted for adults leading writing + sports activities. The day is structured to keep kids motivated, moving, and meaningfully engaged. Activities blend energetic sports challenges with creative exercises—perfect for kids of all interests and skill levels.
