Voices of the Womb: Restoring Voice, Vitality, & reconnecting

This workshop is open to all people—of every gender identity and background—who wish to heal, release, and reconnect with their creative and energetic center.

In recognition of Domestic Violence Awareness Month, Dr. Flora invites you to a powerful and restorative Healing Workshop for Renewal. This gathering is a safe, sacred space for survivors and allies of all identities, honoring the diverse ways we experience and heal from trauma. Together, we will reconnect with the “womb space”—a universal energetic center that symbolizes creation, intuition, and renewal.

Rooted in indigenous traditions from Africa, Asia, Central America, and the Caribbean, womb healing (often known as womb therapy or yoni steaming) has been practiced for nearly 7,000 years. More than a physical treatment, it is an energetic and spiritual practice that helps release imprints of past relationships, trauma, and emotional memories stored in the body. When unhealed, these imprints can create energetic blocks that leave us feeling stuck, disconnected, or silenced.

Through herbal steaming, breathwork, mantras, and guided meditation, Dr. Flora will guide participants in releasing stagnant energy, restoring balance to the sacral chakra, and reconnecting with their creative essence. These practices support emotional release, spiritual renewal, and deeper self-awareness—whether or not one has a physical womb.

This workshop acknowledges the impact of sexual trauma, PTSD, and the hidden scars of violence, offering gentle, holistic tools for reclaiming vitality, voice, and inner wisdom.
