Join us for Voices of Poetry at Glenwyck — a showcase of contemporary poetry featuring published and prize-winning poets.
Poets from the Hudson Valley and greater Capital Region poetry communities will each perform a short segment of their work, featuring many different styles and subjects including free verse, formal poetry, nature, politics, personal relationships, and maybe even baseball.
The program will also include opening music and a musical interlude, bringing together the various elements for an engaging and professional experience. We look forward to an afternoon of entertainment, imagination, memory, and intellectual stimulation, all while celebrating creativity and quality entertainment.
Many of the poets will also be available after the program for questions, discussion, and conversation.
