Voices of Heritage will showcase three uniquely Milledgeville stories of Black leaders through the art of storytelling. 🎙️ Join us as a gifted storyteller brings to life the histories of Sallie Ellis Davis, Lisa Cook, and Joe Ingram.
🎟️This free, family-friendly event offers an engaging way to explore local history and celebrate the individuals that shape our community. Guests are also invited to visit the Central State Hospital Museum, where exhibits highlight the history of one of Georgia's most significant institutions, where the Peyton Cook and Joe Ingram buildings are found.
