as a playful way to open the vocal cords, leading to a more liberated voice and singing.

A space that helps you find the courage to follow your inner voice, express it, and develop a clear presence,

for deeper encounters in dialogue with the world. ____________________________

Giving space to the voice, listening to it in order to raise it,

and becoming aware of its uniqueness and harmony is one of the most efficient ways to experience our own power.

This process can be experienced here in a practical, playful, and sensual way, with humor and an expressive desire to be loud, as well as its counterpart, conscious listening to the silence between the sounds.

> Holistic voice development, the opening of our sound body,

its resonance chambers, and the energetic balance of its centers, brings about more freedom in expression as well as in life.

> Body, rhythm, and movement are our companions in getting

and staying in the flow, for moments of flow and trance, a connectedness in lightness.

> Deepened breathing leads to natural tones and clear,

powerful voice production for our speaking and singing voices.

> Vocal improvisations as a space for experimentation in the connection between freedom and structure in sound, which naturally forms into singing and music.

> Song structures, circle songs, and canons create experiential sound art spaces and musical community, ranging from simple to polyphonic.

> Sound and singing meditations serve as inspiring guides into silence, to the sources of inspiration, allowing transcendence to be heard and felt.

> A good opportunity to experience the healing effects of singing, to get to know the voice as a diagnostic tool, and to strengthen your own self-healing powers through interventions from voice and sound healing work.

> If the group wishes, we explore the moment of performance and the stage as an intense and magnificent challenge to show ourselves and learn to enjoy the exciting flight more relaxed.

SASPERELLA aka Saskia Baumgart

works in the interdisciplinary field of music and healing, combining artistry and naturopathy with singing and sound.

Born in Berlin, she is trained in singing and music therapy, somatic movement arts (dance and somatic movement art),

as well as shamanic energy healing work, having spent time with indigenous cultures in the Amazon, Mongolia, North, South, and Central America. As a singer and musician, she regularly gives concerts and develops her own event formats, such as interdisciplinary performances with dancers, visual artists, scientists, and authors. As a vocal coach, she provides singing and voice coaching for artistic and holistic personal development through the medium of voice. As a music therapist, she works in various institutions, as well as in her own studio and practice in Berlin. Following her calling, she combines the fields of music and healing in a contemporary version of artistic tranceformative consciousness work that integrates the elements of dance, ritual, and rhythm. Through the medium of art, she is committed to human rights, the empowerment of the female voice, Mother Earth, and her indigenous peoples.
