The Voice of the Voiceless is a tribute concert honouring legendary Iranian composer Esfandiar Monfaredzadeh, who will join us in person for this special evening. Following a successful performance in Vancouver, this celebrated project will now be presented in Toronto.
The program features music from iconic films including Qeysar, Reza Motori, Dash Akol, Gonjeshkak-e Ashi-Mashi, and Toghi, alongside works by Homa Samiei and Sepehr Hojjaty. Performed by a symphonic orchestra, Chaam Choir, and soloist Milad Bagheri under the baton of Maziar Heidari, the evening brings together generations of Iranian cinematic and contemporary music in the presence of the composer himself.
