Join Michelle Ridings & Brigite Rowan this Autumn on a transformational journey to nourish your wild self & sing in the Celtic new year in Beautiful Devon.
Weaving together Voice work & Singing, Yoga & Meditation, Somatic Breath, Environmental Arts and Wild nutrition in a 3 day retreat of deep discovery, song and celebration.

Mother and Daughter Michelle and Brigite, work carefully together to create a space to settle into the body, quiet the mind & reach inside to liberate our unique expressions of beauty and vitality through connecting movement, breath, sound and the elements of Nature.
