The Voice of Spirit – Meditation CircleFacilitated by me but designed by Spirit, The Voice of Spirit Meditation Circle at Studio JLM is a calm, supportive space dedicated to self-awareness, connection, and gentle spiritual development.
Each circle offers guided meditation, reflection, and discussion around meaningful themes that support personal growth, emotional balance, and inner clarity. This is a space to slow down, reconnect, and feel held in a respectful and grounded environment.
Studio JLM is a place where hearts, minds, and souls are honoured - where you are encouraged to share openly, listen deeply, and support one another’s journey, free from judgement. Confidentiality and respect are fundamental to this space.

Cushions and journal books will be provided. Participants are invited to bring their own yoga mat and/or blanket.
