Voice of Influence - Make Public Speaking Your 2026 Superpower

Note: This is a 2 x Half-Day programme on 17 & 24 Jan 2026 (9 am - 1 pm)

Public speaking has been a life-saving skill for me. I started out as someone struggling to manage his inside voice of doubt - that meant losing opportunities, being forgettable, and missing out on the spotlight moments. But I realise - there is a process. Confidence can be nurtured.

Our communication skill is that bridge between our actions and the impression we create.

Voice of Influence is a public speaking confidence masterclass - focusing on helping you step out from behind the scenes, find your comfortable speaking style, and deliver in key speaking moments with confidence. Over the two half-days, we will go through:

• Module 1: Speaking Fundamentals - Your Persona: Understand your base speaking habits in your unique context, explore stage fear, and dive into body language/stage presence technique:
• Module 2: Elevating the Speech - Your Presence: Explore techniques to increase your delivery energy, clarity in content, and efficacy in your outcomes (e.g., using stories)
• Module 3: Mastering the Stage - Your Context: Apply the techniques in Modules 1 & 2 to your specific audience, setting, and objective (e.g., objective-setting, identifying key messages)
• Module 4: Keeping the Habit - Your Journey: Explore techniques to help you continue your new speaking habits beyond the programme (at home or at work)

Every session, you will run through speaking confidence techniques with practice opportunities in a comfortable and constructive space. You will also receive individualised evaluation.
