Join Casey Shaw and Kati Astraeir for a nourishing evening of breath, mantra, and vocal exploration designed to awaken the natural power of your voice.
The journey begins with gentle breathing practices and a guided meditation, helping participants settle the nervous system, soften the mind, and reconnect with the body. From this grounded space, the voice is gradually awakened through heart-centered mantra and call-and-response chanting, accompanied by harmonium.
As the group field deepens, participants will be guided into intuitive vocal exploration, inviting the voice to move beyond words and into authentic sound. This playful and liberating practice encourages the release of inhibition and the discovery of the voice as a vessel for expression, emotion, and inner truth.
The evening culminates in a collaborative sound healing journey, where layered tones, intuitive vocals, and resonant instruments create a shared field of vibration for deep relaxation and integration.
Together, these practices weave structure and spontaneity, devotion and freedom - allowing the voice to emerge as a bridge between breath, body, heart, and spirit.
No singing experience is necessary. All voices are welcome.

Casey Shaw
Casey Shaw is a multi-faceted artist, yoga lover, and soul collaborator devoted to the healing power of music and mantra. A lifelong mantra lover and harmonium player for over twelve years, Casey delights in sharing devotional music through call-and-response chanting inspired by the Kirtan tradition - an intimate and soothing dance of deep listening, devotion, and self-expression within community.
Passionate about weaving music, yoga, and community experiences, Casey collaborates with aligned teachers and artists to create nourishing gatherings that support healing and connection. She offers trauma-sensitive yoga classes, women’s gatherings, flow coaching, live music, Kirtans, and mantra and harmonium lessons.

Kati Astraeir
Kati Astraeir is a visionary artist, sound healer, and musician devoted to awakening creative and spiritual expression through sound. Through years of hosting musicians, guiding sound healing journeys, and exploring her own voice as a healing instrument, Kati has developed a unique approach to vocal activation rooted in intuition and presence.
Her work invites participants to move beyond technique and into direct experience - allowing the voice to become a vessel for spontaneous expression, emotional release, and multidimensional awareness. Through sound journeys and vocal exploration, she helps others reconnect with the deeper intelligence of their own voice.
