Vodka Tasting with All Points West Distillery (Elevation Lounge)

Founder Gil Spaier was born and raised in New York and educated as an Architect in New Orleans. Both cities were essential to the formation and continuation of American Cocktail Culture. Having lived in Newark, NJ for the last 20 years he aspired to create in Newark the vibrant beverage and music culture which captivated him in New Orleans and New York. All Points West Distillery opened its doors September 2017, creating innovative and high quality spirits.

To date, All Point West Distillery has won Whiskey of the Year for its Malt and Grain Whiskey at the USA Spirits Ratings competition in San Francisco, Double Gold for its Cathouse Pink Pepper Gin at the John Barleycorn Awards in Texas and received 91 Points for its Mid Atlantic Pot Still Rye from Whiskey Advocate. Seven of its eight stock products have won either Gold or Double Gold medals.
