Kae has been closing gigs with his poignant, devastating, life-affirming song People’s Faces for ten years and recently performed it at Transmission (raising money for the Good Law Project’s challenge to the EHRC)

This workshop is for you if….

• You need a healing, immersive, trans-centric, group singing and poetry experience
• You’re curious about joining London Trans Choir in September (for trans+ participants only)
• You bloody love Kae Tempest!

Situated within the heart of the Regent’s Roots community festival at Old Diorama Arts Centre

Do I need to read music? We teach to aural learners and sheet-music-lovers alike.

About the Choir:

London’s first Trans choir, designed to make use of unique voices and offer a safe and welcoming environment for all of us to be heard. The choir is non-auditioned and open to all; we’ll never ask you to disclose or prove your identity. If you feel this is the choir for you, you are welcome. Come along to any or all of our open rehearsals and consider joining us for the season!

Access: there is flat access to the space and a wheelchair accessible loo. All loos are gender neutral, and there is a separate space for a quiet sit down. The venue has flourescent lighting. Many of us are neurodivergent in various ways and we make every effort to make accommodations as needed. Please get in touch if you have access needs you'd like us to know about :)
