Free your voice and body with experienced singer, voice teacher, and song leader Joy Truskowski! She will lead you through gentle relaxation, breathing, and sounding exercises to get in touch with your body and the world around you. And then she will invite you in movement and sounding activities that will allow you to express your authentic voice in a safe, judgement-free space. This workshop is for all voices - no experience necessary! Freeing your voice and loving it is healing for the soul and a powerful way to connect with the earth and our communities.
