The Golden Halo Awards seeks to honor exceptional individuals who excel in their commitment to child welfare and protection. Winners are acknowledged in several categories, including Health & Human Services, Law Enforcement, Legal/Judicial, the Judge Trompeter CASA Award, and the Clarine Spetzler Guardian Angel Award.
