This all-levels flow will begin with a warmup including light hip openers and Chandra Namaskar (also known as Moon Salutations) and move into a gentle flow followed by a short sound savasana using Himalayan singing bowls.This lunar practice is cooling and grounding in contrast to its energizing counterpart, the more commonly known Sun Salutations. Come with an intention to plant under this new moon or simply to slow down give yourself space to be.
This is a karma class and is donation based for all offerings this year (2024); donations will go to Uttara’s teacher training and youth programming.
