Join as we open our natural voice, freeing ourselves from the mental blocks and emotional layers that often affect our physical and mental experience of singing. Learn about mantras and create new sounds as we connect to ancient precepts. This one hour class is followed by guitar class where we will adapt to levels of the students to help them navigate the guitar to unlock the next level of their playing. A way to engage creativity and joy while learning methodology and pedagogy.
