Tuesday, 3/14: Getting Comfortable with Technology and AI

Ready to feel more confident using your smartphone, tablet, or computer? This welcoming session introduces the basics of navigating your devices with ease—plus an easy-to-understand look at how Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools can simplify everyday tasks. After the learning session, stay for a 1.5-hour hands-on clinic where Vivalon’s Volunteer Tech Tutors— including patient, tech-savvy high school students—work alongside you one-on-one. This supportive, intergenerational environment makes it easier to ask questions, practice new skills, and build confidence at your own pace.

Schedule of the Day:

• 1:30–2:30 PM — Lecture
• 2:30–3:00 PM — Break with Refreshments
• 3:00–4:30 PM — Hands-on Tech Clinic (optional)
