Mayor Michael Molisse and the Town of Weymouth Present: Viva Las Elvis! New England’s premier Elvis Presley tribute show, starring national award-winning tribute artist Dan Fontaine & Memphis Sun Mafia Band.Dan Fontaine grew up in Massachusetts and was raised listening to the music of Elvis Presley. At 16, he began his music career singing and playing guitar at Hillcrest Church where his father pastors. In 2014, Dan began performing his tribute to Elvis all over New England working at his craft which aims to capture the energy, passion, and vocal prowess of The King. He is a gifted band leader, originally fronting Fellowship of The King and currently performing his regional tribute show, “Viva Las Elvis: From Sun To Vegas” feat. Memphis Sun Mafia Band. Dan Fontaine is an award-winning Elvis Tribute Artist, and has competed at Images of The King and Ultimate Elvis festivals/competitions nationally and internationally.
The Memphis Sun Mafia Band brings together a collective of talented musicians, each contributing their unique skills to create a sonic tapestry that pays homage to the legendary music of Elvis Presley. Each member brings a wealth of experience and musicality, promising a high-energy performance that spans the vast repertoire of Elvis Presley’s hits. From rock’n’roll classics to soulful power ballads, the band captures and recreates the essence of Elvis’ timeless music with authenticity and flair.
