The Vitality Games is a fun, high-energy fitness event where you test your body across simple stations designed for real-life fitness.

At the end 10% of ticket sales will go to charity: British Heart Foundation.

On Saturday = 6th June: 8am - 2pm, you’ll:

• Move through the first station - HEART, Zone 2 Run OR Indoor Cardio.
• Compete in small 30-45 minute, supportive waves
• Get scored at this station

On Sunday = 7th June: 8am – 4:30pm, you’ll:

• Move through 9 stations (endurance, strength, control)
• Compete in small 30-45 minute, supportive waves
• Get scored at each station
• Finish with your Vitality Score (/100) + Vitality Age

Open to all fitness levels, this is your chance to see where you’re at and improve over time.

Info: Check in for youngster athletes is from 8:30am to 11am, and for adult athletes is from 11:30am to 13:30pm.
