This two-day event brings together researchers, students, growers, and winemakers for a dynamic exchange of ideas, data, and discoveries shaping the next generation of viticulture and enology in Texas.
Day One highlights the latest in grape and wine research—from disease management and vineyard technology to wine chemistry, flavor, and wine tourism—along with graduate student flash talks, and a Wine Social to close the day.
Day Two focuses on Pierce’s Disease–resistant grape varieties, featuring an in-depth academic session, a Grape-Grower Panel, and a Winemaker Panel with an industry tasting of the promising Walker varieties.
Join us for a blend of science, innovation, and collaboration—all in the spirit of advancing Texas wine.
