An uplifting outdoor beach ceremony designed to nourish your soul and restore your system in the heart of nature.

Think wild sea air, yoga, chanting, deep breathwork, meditation, and revitalising tea — all held by the elements.

This is your invitation to pause, ground, and reconnect to what truly sustains you.

Together, we’ll move through a morning of intentional practices designed to cleanse, uplift, and energise:

• Hot & Cold Therapy: Sea Dip & Sauna Experience – Experience the invigorating contrast of cold-water immersion in the North Sea followed by deep relaxation in our beachside sauna, courtesy of H3O Saunas. This powerful combination boosts circulation, strengthens the immune system, reduces inflammation, relieves muscle tension, and enhances mental clarity.
• Grounding Meditation – Arrive fully in the moment and root into the Earth’s energy through stillness, breath, and presence.
• Chanting & Deep Breathwork – Use voice and breath to clear stagnation, open energy pathways, and connect to your natural rhythm.
• Beach Yoga – Flow through a soulful, sunrise-inspired yoga session guided by to awaken strength, balance, and calm.
• Healing Sound Bath – Immerse yourself in soothing frequencies for deep restoration.

• Reflection – Close the ceremony by embracing the calming beauty of the sea with connection exercises, inviting gratitude, peace, and renewal.
• Metabolism-Boosting Tea Ceremony – Rehydrate and nourish with a warming herbal blend designed to awaken your digestion and energise your system.

Refund Policy:

We operate a no refund policy due to the nature of the event. However, you’re welcome to transfer your ticket to a friend—just let us know their name.

In the event of cancellation due to bad weather or unforeseen circumstances, tickets will be transferred to a future event.

Please be aware that Holosomatic Breathwork can be a very powerful and transformative experience. It is very common to have big emotional releases during these sessions. Be sure that I am a trauma informed practitioner and this is a safe container to let go of what no longer serves you. If you have any questions regarding this event and whether or not it is right for you then please get in touch prior to buying a ticket. Do you suffer from any of the following or other conditions ?

Pregnancy, asthma, epilepsy, a detached retina, glaucoma, uncontrolled high blood pressure, cardiovascular disease including prior heart attack; previous diagnosis by a Medical Professional of manic disorder, bipolar disorder or schizophrenia; strokes, TIAs, seizures or another brain/neurological conditions; a history of aneurysms in your immediate family, use of prescription blood thinners such as Coumadin; hospitalization for any psychiatric condition or emotional crisis within the last ten years; osteoporosis that is serious enough whereby intense movement could cause physical issues and prior physical injuries that are not fully healed and could be re-injured through intense change; any contagious illnesses; under Medic*tion.
