About this Event

As the year winds down and the days grow shorter, many of us begin to feel the weight — physically, mentally, and emotionally. For Black men and women, the connection between what we eat, how we feel, and how we live has never been more important.

Join and in partnership with the , for the final Vitals & Vision: Your Health | Your Legacy panel of 2025 — “Let’s Talk M.A.N. (Mental Health And Nutrition)” — a dynamic conversation on how to feed the mind and body for balance, healing, and wholeness.

Our panel of experienced professionals will unpack how mental health and nutrition shape our daily lives, especially within the Black community. From combating seasonal depression and managing stress to building healthy eating habits that boost mood and focus, this is about more than self-care — it’s about soul care.

About This Series: Vitals & Vision is a space for Black men & women to take control of their health while building toward something bigger than the moment. Each session will spotlight key health issues—heart health, mental wellness, prostate care, stroke risk, and more—while also holding space for vision-setting, self-reflection, and legacy-building.
