Join Michelle Roy, for this workshop-style class featuring gentle, supported yoga, and fun community designed exclusively for our ladybirds around 40 and up to go deeper and have space.
As we evolve and get to know the bodies we have each day, these are times of major energy shifts that can be both physically and emotionally challenging. This brand-new once a month class is based on a well-rounded combination of poses, motivation, chats and builds each week to help keep you strong, balanced, and flexible—body, mind, and spirit.
Our studio strives to provide a consistent practice that folks can show up for that doesn't look or feel overwhelming. We also wanted to create a yoga wellness experience, in a non-intimidating place, that would leave people feeling amazing, regardless of the stage of life they are in (but especially for those 40-ish and above).
This class has a one time charge of $25 for each class and meets on the second Sunday of every Month.
Please arrive 15 minutes ahead to settle in. You will need a mat and water. Please dress in comfy clothes you can move in.
