About this Event
Join us every week outdoors as we gather intentionally to learn, move and support each other's wellness journeys. Embrace nature, practice earthing and forest bathing, and strengthen your community connections, all while learning to move, walk and hike more consciously. This offering will help you increase your mobility, gain new body awareness while releasing stress, anxiety, and negative thoughts. Let go and allow like-minded individuals to support you as you engage in movements and stretches that create harmony and balance within yourself. The ultimate intention of our meet up is to hold space for you deepen your connection to yourself, others, nature and the universe.
Our session will begin with mobility exercises (please bring a beach towel or yoga mat). Following this, we'll embark on a 45-60 minute hike through the beautiful Split Oak forest of Florida. Along the way, I will guide you in improving your walking efficiency, taking mobility breaks, and practicing walking meditation.
