Join us for a refreshing Sunday morning focused on mobility, recovery, and relaxation. It’s the perfect opportunity to move your body, release tension, and finish your morning feeling recharged.
✨ Your 2-Hour Reset Includes:
🌿 A gentle warm-up to get moving
💪 A mobility-focused workout
🧘♀️ A deep, guided stretch
🔥 Relaxation time in the infrared sauna

📍 H.E.R. Strength | La Vista
💚 $20 per person | FREE for H.E.R. Strength members
A Few Things to Know:
• This is a women-only series for ages 18+
• Limited to 10 participants per session
• Sauna time will be split into two groups of five, with approximately 20–30 minutes per group
• A waiver covering both the session and sauna is completed at sign-up
• Please arrive a few minutes early so we can get started on time!

This is the final Vital Winter Reset session, with additional dates on December 6th and January 3rd.
