Join Karen of Moon Magic and Rachel of Blue Heron Vitality for Vital Magic for a gentle, immersive evening blending learning, sound, and stillness.
The gathering will begin with an introduction to East Asian Medicine, including how acupuncture, herbal medicine, and energetic principles support the body and nervous system across seasons of life.
We will then experience a sound bath led by Karen, alongside guided seated meditation and gentle movement facilitated by Rachel. Participants may opt to receive auricular (ear) acupuncture during the experience to support relaxation and regulation.
The night concludes with quiet integration and rest. Those interested in ear acupuncture will be asked to complete a brief consent form upon arrival.
