Vital & Creative: Travel Training with People Mover for Ages 55+

Learn how to navigate Anchorage by bus with confidence. In partnership with People Mover, this workshop begins with a travel training designed to help participants use the transit system safely and independently. Participants will learn the basics of trip planning, riding the bus, and accessing community resources through public transportation. After the ride, class returns to the museum, where students set up mini watercolor kits they can take home for on-the-go creativity.
$15 materials fee, includes museum admission. Museum members receive a 10% discount. Space is limited, registration required.
