Ever heard of a Pizzaiolo? It's a chef who specializes in making pizzas and who has been trained to make real, Italian-style pizzas. Vita Da Pizza is what you get when you combine dough expertise, the highest quality ingredients, a shared passion for amazing pizza, and fun. VDP and their Pizzaiolos brings you fresh, Neapolitan style pizzas fired in a wood burning oven in just 90 seconds. Vita Da Pizza was created by the owners of Inizio Pizza, who also run popular restaurants Eight & Sand and Farley's Pizzeria.
Let the VDP crew handle dinner when they stop in Brightwalk on Wednesday, May 18th. The food truck menu will be posted below in the comments section.
