The DBT Social Sangha invites you to a Day of Mindfulness at Deer Park Monastery in Escondido on December 22nd, 2024 from 8:30am-2pm. To attend this event, you MUST REGISTER on The Deer Park Website linked below! Registration opens December 8th at 8am and will fill up quickly: https://deerparkmonastery.org/event/day-of-mindfulness-26/There is no cost incurred for participation in the Day of Mindfulness, but a donation is greatly appreciated to keep the monastery open and able to receive guests.
Scheduled events occur rain or shine:
8:00 AM – 10:00 AM – Gate open to receive registered visitors
8:30 AM – Please meet DBT group at the bottom gravel parking Lot, so we can walk up the hill to the temple as a group.
9:00 AM – Walking Meditation
10:15 AM – Dharma Talk
11:30 AM –Vegetarian Lunch will be provided for all
2:00 PM – Day of Mindfulness concludes
FOR THOSE WHO WANT TO CARPOOL:
Carpool drivers/riders are asked to meet outside DBT at 7:30 a.m.
