2. Privacy and Confidentiality: We respect the privacy of each participant. Personal stories or discussions shared during the session will remain confidential and will not be disclosed outside the group. Photos or videos will only be taken with prior parental consent and will be used solely for event purposes.

3. Content Sensitivity Based on Age and Experience: Due to each child's unique age, experience, and family dynamic, certain topics may naturally arise during discussions. While we are not responsible for every topic that may come up, we will do our best to gently diffuse and redirect conversations. However, we will ensure that each child receives the attention and care they need in these situations.

4. Respecting Family Dynamics: We recognize the diversity in family backgrounds and experiences. The session will focus on promoting positive self-awareness and communication skills, without making assumptions or judgments about family dynamics. All perspectives are valued and respected.

5. Parental Attendance: Once the session begins, parents will not be allowed in the meeting room to ensure a comfortable, independent learning environment for the children. If you choose to stay at the site location, please be assured that you will be contacted if needed. We kindly ask that you return by 3:00 PM sharp to pick up your child. Please have your Identification available.

Important Reminder for Parents: Before your child can participate in the coaching session, all required paperwork must be completed and submitted. This includes consent forms, emergency contact information, and any necessary waivers. Please ensure that all forms are filled out and turned in before the session begins to allow your child to join the program. Thank you for your cooperation
