- безкоштовну перевірку зору,
- оцінку рефракції,
- безкоштовну пару окулярів для членів громади, які їх потребують.
Для учасників, яким будуть необхідні окуляри, програма Minnesota Vision доставить їх до UACC протягом 4 тижнів після первинної перевірки зору.
Ми будемо раді надати послуги дітям від 6 років та дорослим.
Після заповнення форми ми зв’яжемося з вами та призначимо зручний час для вашого візиту.

In collaboration with Helen Keller International, the Ukrainian American Community Center is bringing the Minnesota Vision Program to the Ukrainian community.
A team of specialists will provide:
- free vision screenings,
- refraction assessments,
- free pair of eyeglasses for community members who need them.
For participants who require eyeglasses, the Minnesota Vision Program will deliver them to the UACC within 4 weeks after the initial vision assessment.
We are happy to serve children ages 6 and older, as well as adults.
After completing the form, we will contact you to schedule a convenient appointment time for your visit.
