Vision Book Workshop

Join us for an afternoon of setting intentions. A vision board is a collage of images, pictures and affirmations that you put together in one place that depicts a vision for your life.

Because words are powerful, we are going to create our "vision board" on a journal.
I will share my experience with visioning, gratitude journaling, and tips to break "the trauma loop" for those looking to make changes to improve your quality of life.

Each attendant receives an 8.3 x 5.5 inch Kraft cover notebook to decorate and a care package to take with.

Glue sticks, scissors, markers, stickers, and magazines to cut up will be available. Please bring any printed pictures or photos that represent your future possibilities and goals.

Workshop hosted by Cheers In Chesterton. Delicious food and drinks are available at an additional charge.
