Vision Boarding Workshop

These in-person Vision Boarding Workshops offer a reflective and creative space to clarify intentions for the year ahead. Guided by over 30 years of experience in mindfulness meditation, Reiki practice, manifestation and intention work, and a coaching background supporting women in their personal, professional, and spiritual lives, each workshop blends inner reflection with practical grounding.

No artistic experience is needed. All materials are provided.

Participants will be guided through:
• A grounding meditation to settle and arrive
• A brief, accessible lesson on reflection and intention
• Supported creative time to explore images, words, and symbols as they develop their boards
• Gentle reflection to integrate insights

This workshop will anchor into the emotion of love, connection, and wholeness with ourselves as we grow to love one another more humbly, fully, divinely. We will also have a brief discussion on the astrological significance of the Solar Eclipse in Aquarius that approaches on Feb 17th.

Participants will be encouraged to complete boards at home, if not completed during the 75-min workshop.
