Vision Board Workshop with Jacqueline Glosman

Village Well is excited to welcome back Jacqueline Glosman for another vision board workshop!
In this workshop, participants will create a vision board using collage images and other visual materials to create a board representing the intentions they have or would like to move closer to within their current stage of life. Vision boards are a powerful way to connect to what feels most important to us and helps us understand how to continue becoming more aligned with our authentic-selves. Visualizing can inspire motivation, work through internal feelings of stuckness, and help us gain clarity and direction. It can also be just plain fun! This workshop is intended to be a therapeutic art experience rather than a therapy session, although it will be conducted by a registered art therapist.

About the teacher
Jacqueline Glosman is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Registered Art Therapist working in her own private practice, Jackie G. Therapy. Jacqueline believes the process of creating art and the insight art can share with us is a powerful and essential bridge to grow closer to knowing ourselves and aligning ourselves with our most authentic-selves.
