Hike + Sound Bath & Chakra Activation + Shamanic Healing

Be ready for a full body, mind and spirit healing while enjoying the golden hours* from the top of the Baldwin Hills Scenic Overlook: hiking, sound bath with crystal pyramid triangle, ending with a shamanic healing.
We'll be hiking up the hill practicing being present and training our body to reconnect with the universe, with nature, with itself, freeing our mind from compulsive thinking to get back to the present moment.

While hiking we'll be oxygenating the brain areas atrophied by stress, and you'll learn how your body and mind work, and how that translates to the psychological and energetic level.

Once up the hill, we'll have a meditation session in which you'll learn about the chakras, that we'll be reactivating one by one with the aid of a kundalini breathwork and the crystal pyramid triangle. You'll then experience the relaxing power of the individual immersive sound bath performed with the crystal pyramid triangle.

We'll be completing our healing with a cleansing shamanic ceremony, in which I'll use my psychic abilities to provide you with customized affirmations, to propel awakening and healing, purify our spiritual energy, and reach unity together.

Bring your own WATER (necessary) and YOGA MAT or a towel that allows you to lay down on the ground, as we may be sitting and laying on the soil or on concrete. Be ready to remove your shoes and reconnect with Mother Earth. The entire event takes about 2 hours.

MEETING POINT: at the entrance of the Baldwin Hills Scenic Overlook on Jefferson (do not hike up the hill, we'll meet at the street level and hike together).

HOW TO FIND ME: I'll have an all red attire, a yoga mat, and/or a sign that states EVENT HERE.

WAITING TIME FOR LATE ATTENDEES: 15 min. Please let us know if you are late. Be mindful of others.

CLOTHES: wear comfortable and warm clothest. It naturally gets colder as the sun goes down.

ADDITIONAL INFO: the event ends up on the hill. You can plan on going down on your own or with me, or to continue exploring the park. I suggest you to also check out the nearby Stoneview park or to plan on a workout.

*Sunset is around 5 pm. Not all ceremonies happen at sunset. The golden hour is the hour that preceeds sunset.

REFUND POLICY: tickets are nonrefundable for logistic reasons. If you purchase a ticket and cannot attend the class, you can request a credit for a future class. Credits expire within a year. You can reschedule the class only once. If you do not attend the class the second time either, you lose the credit.
