Vision Board Workshop for Black Women

Vision boarding in March invites us to align ourselves with the gentle rhythm and rebirthing of spring. March is also known for Spring Equinox, which signals the official start of Spring and warmer weather. So what better time is it to nurture what is ready to grow, by rooting our visions in clarity, care and aligned expansion.

What does the day include:-

• Base boards
• Art supplies
• Reflective exercises
• Goodie bag
• Refreshments
• Exploring what key areas you want to develop - whether professional, personal, familial, relationship, homelife, social and/or spiritual
• Clarifying Goals to help organise your thoughts and define what you truly want/need that feels aligned, not forced
• Organising images and words on your board, that represent your desired outcomes - emotionally charged goals.
• Taking home a ready to hang vision board - map for the future (encourged manifestation) - that helps shift focus from limitations to positive intentions and motivated future outcomes
