Vision Board Manifestation Day

Join us for a day of vision board creation! We’ll guide you through the process of manifesting your desires and crafting vision boards - it’s not just about creating a pretty board; it’s about aligning yourself with your future reality, stepping into the energy of having already achieved your dreams.

The truth is, the life you want is already out there, waiting for you. Our goal is to help you get into that "ready" state, so when the opportunities come your way, you’re fully aligned to receive them.

We’ll be gathering at the wonderful Monk’s Cottage, an inspiring space on the Wirral that’s perfect for sparking creativity and focus. Here’s what we have in store for you:

✨ **A journey inward** - We’ll start with a guided meditation to connect with your future self - the version of you that already has what your heart desires, and we will explore new beliefs and behaviours that your future self has already embraced and those which they have let go of.

✨ **Balancing life’s areas** - We’ll explore where your everyday energy is focused and how to create more balance, ensuring you stay aligned with your dreams as they unfold.

✨ **Creating your Vision Board** - After lunch, we’ll dive into crafting your vision board! We’ll provide everything you need - magazines, boards, books etc, but feel free to bring along anything personal that resonates with your unique vision.

✨ **Breathwork for transformation** – We’ll wrap up the day with a conscious, connected breathwork session. This truly transformative process allows you to release what no longer serves and holds you back from moving forward to make space for lighter, brighter dream outcomes.

Our aim is for you to leave feeling energised but calm. You’ll have created your future vision and are ready for it to come to life, and you’ll leave the day feeling inspired, centred, and ready for your future vision to unfold.
