Kick off your 2025 with intention! Join Arrow Adventure, Green Lotus Yoga, Mulberry Street Books and Kombi Keg Cincinnati as we create space for goal setting and introspection. Optional lunch available from the delish Greenhouse Cafe.
AGENDA:
12:15: (optional) Join us at the store to enjoy a yummy boxed lunch ($12) from Greenhouse Cafe. Options include: Chicken Salad Sandwich, Avocado Sprout (chicken or tofu) or House Salad. All come with a PaleoPrimal Chocolate Chip Cookie. Enjoy complimentary hot chocolate, cucumber water or lavender green tea from Kombi Keg Cincinnati
1:00: Enjoy a restorative and regenerative 45-minute flow from Green Lotus Yoga, designed to open your mind for our goal-setting and gratitude sessions.
1:45 Grab your cocktail and get ready for some goal-setting and conversation! A Bloody Mary, glass or wine or Revel OTR Brut Mimosa (2 glasses of Brut) are included in your ticket price at Arrow Adventure.
2:00: Space for guided goal setting, gratitude journaling and visioning for 2025 at Arrow Adventure. We'll be using prompts and talking through what we want to leave, take or create from 2024.
3:00: Getting Crafty at Mulberry Street Books! We're scooching it over to Mulberry Street books, where you'll choose from creating a Vision Board or an Altered Books craft that defines YOU (or both, if you work fast)!
4:00 Depart with new friends, goals, good vibes and positive intentions for the year ahead!
