The start of a new year is the perfect opportunity to pause and offer yourself time to be intentional  about the life you create for yourself. This immersive workshop blends introspection with creativity to help you set meaningful intentions.

What You Will Experience:

• 5 minute Guided Meditation: Slow down & open your mind and listen for your inner wisdom during a peaceful, guided opening session.
• 8 Dimensions of Wellness Reflection: Gain a holistic perspective as we reflect on all eight crucial areas of life: physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, financial, intellectual, occupational, and environmental well-being. This ensures your vision for the year is balanced and whole.
• Creative Vision Board Session: Enjoy a light, social, and creative session where you'll sort through a variety of mixed media (magazines, papers, textures, quotes) to design and complete your personalized vision board.

Leave the workshop with a powerful, tangible tool—your own vision board—that serves as a daily reminder for the thoughtful intentions you have for your life. All materials provided!

This workshop is intentionally organized for adults. Ticket holders must be at least 16+ older to participate.
