Our team hosts a yearly event similar to this and we have had many customers and friends ask if they can join us because setting your goals and dreams in this manner has proven to be effective in accomplishing more, being happier, & getting healthier. This is a free event and we will have light snacks & drinks but feel free to bring your own healthy snack/drink if you'd like too!
