A 2025-ös év a Wycliffe és partnerszervezete az SIL (Summer Institute of Linguistic) közös látásának az éve. 1999-ben kapták Istentől a „Vision 2025” látást, mely arról szól, hogy 2025-re minden olyan nyelven elindul a bibliafordítás, amelyen eddig még nem kezdődött el. Az elmúlt években Isten csodálatosan munkálkodott, hiszen hónapról hónapra egyre több nyelven indulnak el fordítási projektek világszerte!
Most, ahogy beléptünk ebbe a döntő évbe, különösen is arra hívunk, hogy csatlakozz hozzánk imádságban! Hordozzuk együtt azokat a népcsoportokat, akik még várnak Isten Igéjére a saját nyelvükön!
Azért imádkozunk, hogy az Úr vezesse a folyamatokat, és hogy az év végére a most még 801 nyelv közül a legtöbben vagy akár az összesen elinduljon bibliafordítási projekt! Az azonban nem a vég, ha ezt el is érjük, hanem egy új kezdet: célunk, hogy a teljes Szentírás minden nép kezébe eljuthasson.
Gyere, és legyél részese ennek az évnek – imádkozzunk, tekintsünk vissza a már elért eredményekre, és lássuk meg együtt, hogyan cselekszik Isten!

The year 2025 marks a key milestone in the shared vision of Wycliffe and our partner organization, SIL (Summer Institute of Linguistics). In 1999, we received a vision from God – Vision 2025 – which calls for Bible translation to begin in every language that still doesn't have a translation by the year 2025. Over the years,
God has been working in amazing ways, as month by month, new translation projects are being launched around the world!
Now that we've entered this decisive year, we are inviting you to join us in prayer! Let’s bring before the Lord those people groups who are still waiting to receive God’s Word in their own language.
We are praying that the Lord would lead and guide this global movement, and that by the end of the year, Bible translation would begin in as many of the remaining 801 languages as possible – or even all of them!
But reaching this goal is not the end – it is a new beginning. Our ultimate desire is that the entire Bible would be accessible for every people group.
Come, be a part of this significant year – let’s pray, reflect on what God has already done, and look together at what He is doing now!
