Implement structured and purposeful homework assignments to promote communication and accountability between sessions

Facilitate at least three activities designed to enhance communication and emotional attunement between partners

Apply conflict resolution techniques that de-escalate tension, increase empathy, and promote mutual understanding

Integrate exercises focused on rebuilding intimacy and fostering reconnection in couples experiencing relational distance

Demonstrate culturally sensitive and trauma-informed approaches to couples work that align with ethical standards of care
