Led by Kristin Mylecraine, Yoga Teacher. Yoga is a great way to relax, connect with yourself, and increase flexibility and strength. Explore the connections between yoga and nature in this 75-minute class. No experience necessary; all levels welcome. For ages 15 years and older. Please join the class 10 minutes early. Registration required by 4:30 the day before each class.

There will be no class 7/4.

THIS CLASS WILL BE HELD VIRTUALLY (ZOOM).

COST: $15 members, $20 nonmembers.

Ticket sales ends at 4:30 PM on the Friday before each class.

This class will be held virtually through Zoom. Participants will be emailed the link to the meeting after registration closes and before the class.

CANCELLATION: NJ Audubon’s programs require a minimum number of registrants to run. If we cancel, due to lack of participation, severe weather, or unforeseen circumstances, all participants will be notified as soon as possible and are eligible for a full refund. Participants may cancel without penalty if greater than 48 hours in advance. Sorry, no refund for cancellations less than 48 hours in advance unless due to health emergencies; however registrations can be transferred to another program in the future.
