Each 75 minute class includes slow and thoughtful yoga poses, guided meditations through mysticism and history, with distance reiki healing. All levels warmly welcome.
Beth is a RYT500, Reiki Master, Somatic Meditation Guide, Priestess of the Blue Rose & Wicca, World Religion Graduate, Theology Masters student at Villanova.
