About this Event
Grab a date, or take yourself on one for this Friday Night Virtual Baking Workshop!
In just under an hour and a half, I will guide you through how to make a delicious pretzel dough, shape them, dip them, and get them in the oven. Throughout the process of bringing the dough together and getting it baked, we'll also whip up some Pickled Mustard Seeds and Vegan Queso.
We'll discuss a quick history of the pretzel, what exactly is a pretzel, and get you comfortable with shaping these twisted breads. By the end of the workshop, you'll have a snackable feasting platter created by your own two hands to help you kick off the weekend! Each ticket is per household, up to a maximum of 2 people. Workshop booklets, complete with recipes and virtual meeting link will be sent out one week prior to our workshop date. This provides you with ample time to gather the ingredients needed. The email will be coming directly from me ([email protected]) so please make sure to check your junk mail if a week prior, an email has not made it into your priority folder.
Most tools and ingredients needed to complete the workshop will be quite generic: mixing bowls, a scale, spatula, baking trays, etc. For the Queso however, a blender or immersion blender will make quick work of it.
If you have any questions regarding the workshop or would like to book a private event, please contact Lauren @ [email protected]
