Virginia Mead and Honey Festival

Join us for the Virginia Mead & Honey Festival, brought to you by the Virginia Mead Guild.

Sample meads from a dozen Virginia Meadery's and shop at a range of curated craft vendors. Enjoy live music from 90's and 00's cover band 'Smiling Politely', JuJu's Indian Cuisine & BBQLab food trucks, festival entertainment and more! Learn more about honeybees, honey and the mead-making process from guest speakers and information booths.

TASTING TICKET ($25 in advance, $30 at the gate): Receive admission to the festival and a special mead glass that allows you to sample meads from all of the attending Meaderies. You may purchase mead by the glass and bottle.

GENERAL ADMISSION TICKET ($10): Admission to the Festival. You may purchase mead by the bottle and glass.

UNDER 21 admission is FREE. All IDs will be checked at the gate.
