7:30 AM - Registration Opens
8:30 AM - Riders Meeting
9:00 AM - Track Day Begins
10:00 AM - Registration Closed
12:00 PM - Registration Re-Open
1:00-2:00 PM - LUNCH (COLD TRACK)
2:00 PM - Racers Practice
4:00 PM - Checkered Flag on Track Day
4:15 PM - Racer Riders Meeting
4:30 PM - First Qualifying Session
HEAT RACES TO FOLLOW QUALIFYING
Qualifying = 8 min Sessions (NO BREAK BETWEEN SESSIONS)
Heats to follow qualifying
ATTENTION NOTICE = all races (heats and mains) will have a 5 min break between in the form of announced call;
First call = 5 mins to warm up lap
Second call = 3 mins to warm up lap
Last call = warm up underway.
Final all call = pit out closed until green flag and pack has passed

---BIKE REQUIREMENTS---
-NO BIKES LARGER THAN 450cc!
-NO knobby tires
-NO open bar ends
-NO Antifreeze or glycol based coolant (straight water, water wetter, engine ice, or similar products are allowed)
-Oil fill and drain must be safety wired
-Peg and axle sliders are required
-Headlights, turn signals, and brake lights must be taped.
-Tags must be removed or taped if the sides are bare metal.
- CATCH CANS!! If a fluid of any kind can drip/leak from your bike it MUST be routed to a catch can. This means a catch can IS NEEDED for carb overflow, radiator overflow, and even crankcase vent (either routed to a catch can or to the intake)
This helps keep any fluid off the track in the event of a crash.
- RACE BIKES MUST HAVE VISIBLE NUMBER ON FRONT AND SIDE OF BIKE
---All bikes must pass these requirements in order to obtain a tech sticker which deems the bike safe to proceed on course.---

---RIDER REQUIREMENTS---
-One piece leather suit or two piece leather suit (must zip 3/4 or more around waist)
-Motorcycle racing gloves
-Shin high motorcycle boots
-DOT Full Face Helmet or DOT Motor-cross helmet w/ goggles
-Goggles must be worn at all times if wearing a motocross helmet.
-Visors are to be down if at speed on course
---WRISTBANDS---
Everyone entering the facility will get a wristband after paying the gate fee. YOU MUST HAVE THIS WRISTBAND ON AT ALL TIMES. Anyone without a wristband will be asked to pay the gate fee or to leave the property. This is a VIR Kart Rule and we must obey
---Class info: READ CAREFULLY---
1: Formula 1: up to 125cc 4-stroke/ 62cc 2-stroke (no gp chassis allowed)
2: Super Mini: up to 150cc liquid cooled 4-stroke, 195cc air cooled 4-stroke, and 105cc 2-stroke
3: Stock 125cc: xr100, crf100, ttr125L, Grom, Z125, Benelli 135, Evader Pro (Chinese grom clone). everything must be stock except these allowed changes; front fork internals and springs, rear shock internals and springs, bars, controls, gearing, tires, and drop in air filters. If it doesn't say you can change, you CAN NOT change it. NO RACE GAS
4. Monkey Bike: Grom, Z125, Honda Monkey, Benelli 135, Chinese Grom/Monkey/Benelli style chassis. This is a Superstock class, Everything must be stock except these allows changes; Front fork internals and springs, Rear shock, gearing, bars, controls, drop in air filter, and tires. If it doesn't say you can change it, you CAN NOT change it.
5.Stock 50cc: Air-cooled 50cc bikes with OEM frame and engine cases only; stock engine internals, carburetor, ignition, and ECU required, with changes allowed only to exhaust, gearing, tires, and suspension, and no big bore kits or race fuel.
6. Stock 450cc: Up to 450cc 4-stroke bikes with OEM frame and engine cases and stock engine internals required; exhaust, gearing, tires, and suspension changes are allowed, but no ECU tuning, big bore kits, internal engine modifications, or race fuel.
7. E-Bike: Contact SEMM with specific questions regarding e-bikes as this class is growing.
---Camping Info---
Primitive camping is available on-site throughout the weekend for those looking to stay close to the action. There are no power hookups, so plan accordingly and come prepared for a self-sufficient setup.
-Camping is permitted Friday through Sunday for a flat fee of $45, paid directly to VIR.
