A three-piece alternative rock band, Violet is comprised of Harry Jones, Wanda Dohl, and James Elliott. Meeting in high school and hailing from Geelong/Djilang, the now Melbourne/Narrm based band has established themselves with a biting sound influenced by the likes of Jeff Buckley, Arctic Monkeys, and Nothing But Thieves. Since 2022, Violet has gone to make a name for themselves with a brash energetic combination of distorted guitars, crashing drums, pounding basslines, and acrobatic melodies, creating live performances that reflect their powerful sound. Violet has had the privilege of sharing the stage with artists such as DICE, Good Sniff, Beans, and RAT!hammock.
For their first Australia tour, Geelong alternative rock trio Violet are bringing their newest single Collateral to the Sydney, Melbourne, Port Campbell and Adelaide stages.
