This a unique, women's only, trauma informed class that will help you recognize and de-escalate potentially unsafe situations and, when necessary, respond effectively. As the ultimate goal is to not have to be in violent situations, you’ll learn the 4 different awarenesses, rules for de-escalation, and the 5 principles of physical retaliation. All information provided is backed by science, statistics and factual examples you can refer back to providing knowledge and skills applicable for you without training or experience.
