Vinyl Record Party - Fundraiser for Heritage Acton

Listening and dance party in our gorgeous heritage setting - Acton Town Hall Centre in Acton, Ontario. Willow Hall, the crown jewel of the Hall, has a long history of dance and entertainment events in its 140 years of existence! We invite you to bring your own records if you have them, or enjoy selections from DJ Kevin's large collection of vintage pop, rock, folk and adult contemporary music. Vinyl's pure analog sound, sometimes pristine, sometimes with a little snap,crackle or pop thrown in from prior love and wear, is the latest trend in vintage cool. Grab your dancing shoes and head to the Hall for this "fun-raiser" benefiting Heritage Acton, the all volunteer non-profit owners and operators of Acton Town Hall Centre. $10 pp entry, free snacks, cash bar (wine/beer/pop), cash pizza later in the evening. Optional: dress up as your favourite musician or band, prizes for best dressed!
